Education, Training and Development Association '' Progress Plus '' is a non-governmental organization which works in the Republic of Macedonia since January 2018. Although we are a young organization, the working team in this organization has many years of experience in implementation of projects. The mission of the organization is:

 Creating opportunities for intellectual, creative and positive shaping and upgrading of people,  as well as creating self-awareness for belonging and advancing the society. We work with all categories of citizens, emphasizing  youth  work.

Facing the problems of the youth in the youth in the Republic of Macedonia, especially with the NEET group, ‘’Progress Plus’’ team decided to focus on improving the conditions and rights of the youth. We believe that young people have the power to change the world.
